Hospitality Manager - $55k-70k/year
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to join our team at a unique business combining a private club, 19-room hotel, farm-to-table restaurant, and luxury wedding and event venue. The Hospitality Manager will support the General Manager in daily operations and will be responsible for leading and coordinating key aspects of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, engaging, and multi-faceted environment, with a strong focus on food and beverage, events, and hotel administration.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who excels at time management, leading a team, and thinking on their feet to handle the diverse needs of our guests, members, and staff. Nights and weekends are required, and this role is perfect for someone who can work under pressure and is passionate about providing exceptional service in a luxury hospitality setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position will be divided into three key functional areas:
Food and Beverage Director (40%)
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring top-notch service and quality in all food and beverage offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control for food and beverage operations.
Train, mentor, and supervise food and beverage staff, fostering a team-oriented and positive environment.
Monitor guest feedback and resolve any concerns or issues related to food and beverage services.
Event Coordinator (40%)
Manage and execute the planning and coordination of weddings, corporate events, and private functions held at the venue.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision, timeline, and specific requirements for events.
Oversee event set-up, staffing, and execution, ensuring flawless delivery and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth operation of all events.
Ensure all event logistics are efficiently handled, from room setup to guest services, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Assist in marketing and promoting the event space to increase bookings and revenue.
Hotel Administration (20%)
Oversee hotel operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Manage reservations, bookings, and room availability through the property management system.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction levels through feedback and surveys.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of management experience in hospitality, preferably in a private club, hotel, or event venue.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, event management, and hotel administration.
Proven leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in hotel management software, POS systems, and Google Suite.

AM Line Cook Needed - $18 - $23 an hour
We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
If you don't have experience working in a kitchen but are a hard worker with a good attitude we will be happy to train you and help you develop a new skill set. Must have reliable transportation.
Opportunity to transition to FULL TIME if desired.
Responsibilities
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Servers & Housekeepers Needed - $15 - $22 an hour

We are in search of Housekeepers and Servers with at least 1 year of experience in the department that they are seeking employment.
Ideal Candidates will have prior experience working in a hotel or restaurant before, be hospitality oriented and hardworking, and willing to be a team player. We are a small team who work together to ensure our continued success.
