Let us host a special event that will be fondly remembered for a lifetime.

Conferences & Retreats

For corporate groups looking for an all-inclusive spot for a conference, employee incentive trip, or team-building retreat, the Inn is the perfect location. Located just two hours north of New York City, you can skip the airfare and host your team in style with our charming rooms, fine dining, and endless amenities.

When it’s time to get down to business, the Inn has meeting rooms with A/V equipment available and WiFi throughout the grounds. When it’s time to unwind, let our expert events team schedule group fly casting lessons, a local brewery tour, a croquet match, or a friendly basketball tournament. Corporate groups enjoy three farm-to-table meals a day and use of the Inn’s bar and full amenities. Our Chef can also create a special tasting menu dinner with wine pairings during your event, and can accommodate any special dietary needs.

The Inn has nineteen guest rooms on-site; if your group is larger, we can arrange off-site accommodations as well.

Corporate rates include three meals per day, use of all meeting rooms including a full array of audio-visual equipment, use of the pool and gym, as well as all other recreational amenities. Extras include bar, tailored menus, refreshment service, other special request fees.

Everyone on our corporate team feels so good about their time at the Beaverkill this week & it wouldn’t have been possible without the excellent team & service at the Inn! Thank you so very much!

One-of-a-Kind Wedding Weekends

There’s nothing like saying your vows in front of the quiet rush of the Beaverkill River or dancing the night away under a Catskills sky full of twinkling stars. With its charming accommodations, world-class kitchen, endless grounds, and expert events staff, the Inn is an ideal place to host your wedding weekend. We specialize in Catskills destination weddings; guests arrive Friday for a rehearsal dinner or welcome drinks, spend Saturday enjoying the Inn’s amenities leading up to the ceremony, and unwind on Sunday with a farewell brunch.

The Inn can accommodate up to 150 guests for wedding celebrations, and is an idyllic setting for smaller, more intimate weddings of 50 - 100 guests. With an array of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception locations and use of the barn for the after party, the Inn is the Catskill’s best-kept secret for unforgettable wedding celebrations. The Inn takes on a very limited number of weddings each year - contact events@beaverkillvalleyinn.com for more information.

Deciding to have our wedding at the Beaverkill Valley Inn was the single best decision we made regarding our wedding, aside from the decision to get married in the first place.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at the Beaverkill Valley Inn in late August. Everyone loved the peacefulness, the beauty and the freedom of the Inn. The kids were thrilled to have a room separate from their parents. What an adventure!
