Now Available: Long Term Suite Rentals at the Beaverkill Valley Inn
The Inn is excited to announce the availability of limited long-term suite rentals. These suites are available for weekly or monthly rentals beginning August 1, 2020.
Our suites are ideal for families looking to stay in the Catskills in a comfortable, socially distanced manner. The Inn is conforming to all state and local COVID-19 safety procedures.
Each suite is comprised of one comfortable bedrooms with sitting room, private hallway, en-suite bathrooms, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, guest-controlled air-conditioning, WiFi, and peaceful views of the Beaverkill River. Suite guests have access to the Inn’s amenities including heated indoor pool, hiking trails, Beaverkill River for fly fishing for trout, tennis courts, wrap around porches and outside seating on decks.
How many suites are available?
The Inn has two suites available, the Red Quill suite and the Blue Wing Olive suite.
What’s included in the rental of each suite?
The Red Quill Suite:
Bedroom and sitting room with private hallway decorated in soft red tones and Americana design located on the second floor. Bedroom has a pleasant view of both the front lawn and River and features 1 Queen Bed with en suite bathroom, fresh white duvet covers, bathrobes, towels, toiletries, and comfortable decor. The Sitting room contains sofa, table and chairs, Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, 2nd bathroom and second large closet, and a view of the river and quiet side lawn
The Blue Wing Olive Suite:
Bedroom and sitting room located in their own private hallway on the second landing , tastefully decorated with accent rug and blue accents. Bedroom enjoys a lofty view of the river and meadow. 1 Queen Bed with en suite bathroom, comfortable fresh white duvet covers, tasteful decor, bathrobes, towels, toiletries.
The second room is located in the private hallway and is furnished with a comfy sofa, table and chairs that work well for your laptop. Room is decorated with vintage wallpaper and collectible bird prints. Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, 2nd bathroom and second large closet, and a view of the river and quiet side lawn.

Guests receive Continental breakfast daily, and have access to guest-controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Use of Club Amenities, Indoor heated pool, Beaverkill River for fly fishing for trout, hiking trails, tennis courts, wrap around porches and outside seating on decks.
How many people can stay in each suite?
With social distancing in mind and COVID-19 safety procedures top of mind, each suite is designed for its own couple or family (roll away bed, pack n play, or additional bedrooms are available). Each suite has its own private bathrooms and hallway to ensure that you’ll be staying in close contact with only those in your own party.
How long can we rent each suite for? What is the cost?
Suites are available for a five-night minimum, weekly, or monthly rentals.
Rates are as follows:
Daily Rentals (we have a five-night minimum):
$490 Per Night Weekdays -Sunday -Thursday, double occupancy, (8% NYS tax & 2% Ulster County tax)
$550 Per Night Weekends Friday & Saturday, double occupancy, (8% NYS tax & 2% Ulster County tax)
Per WEEK-7 Day Stay $3,550 (8% NYS tax & 2% Ulster County tax)
Monthly Rate $14,200 (8% NYS tax & 2% Ulster County tax)
For children or additional family members rooms may be added to the package. Inquire for rates.
What other COVID-19 safety procedures is the Inn following?
In line with state and local safety procedures:
All guests must wear face masks in all public areas and regularly sanitize their hands when entering public spaces (we have sanitizing stations readily and easily available).
The Inn’s fitness center remains closed.
Fresh linens and towels we provided as needed, and rooms will be cleaned every five days, as opposed to every day.
Each room will be fully sanitized between guests.
The Inn’s staff is following all local and state safety regulations.
