The secret is out - the Catskills are the best place to be in the fall. Mild weather, beautiful foliage, an endless supply of great restaurants, breweries, and festivals - there’s no place we’d rather be this season.

At the Beaverkill Valley Inn, we’re big fans of farm-to-table food and locally-sourced produce. In fact, it’s a mission of ours to use as much locally grown food in our kitchen as we can. You’ll often see Chef Galen and his team tending to the produce and herbs in the Inn’s gardens. What we can’t make ourselves we source from local farms and vendors. We also love Farmers Markets - they give us a chance to check out new vendors and the unique provisions that you can only find up here north of NYC.
